1. Agreement
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Anantio Pvt Ltd when you access our website, purchase our services, or use ABIZ. By using the services, you agree to these terms and any order, proposal, or service-specific terms presented to you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you use the services for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use the services only lawfully and as intended. You must not reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, scrape, resell, introduce malicious code, infringe rights, or use the service to store unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. You retain responsibility for data and materials you submit.
5. Payments & Billing
Fees, taxes, billing intervals, and deliverables are stated in the applicable proposal, order, or checkout flow. Subscription charges renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us or our payment provider to charge the selected payment method. Late or failed payments may pause services. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
Anantio and its licensors own the platform, software, templates, systems, trademarks, and underlying materials. Subject to payment and these terms, we grant you a limited license to use final project deliverables for your business. You retain ownership of content you provide and grant us permission to use it only as needed to deliver the services.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, security events, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect availability. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anantio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to the services will not exceed the fees paid by you to Anantio for the affected service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Tamil Nadu, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
